CROP's 5th annual Winter Market, a one-day event on Saturday Nov. 15th 2025, will be located at Grizzly Pavilion at the Crook Co. Fairgrounds. We are now accepting applications, available at this link below:

Open Hours: 10AM - 3PM  

Setup: 8AM start

Cost: Non-Member 10x10’ booth fee: $60

Non-Member 4x6' table fee: $45

Member 10x10' booth fee: $45

Member 4x6' table fee: $35

Past CROP/Winter Market vendors will have 1 week for early registration before applications are open to new vendors. All applications are subject to review/approval by Selection Committee and will be reviewed in the order received. Registration fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
