Chef Eric Boarini guides you in high style dining in your own home. Enjoy a five course prix fixe dinner - ready for your finishing flair! Featuring fresh, local products from Crook County's finest farms.  Let's cook together!

 

 

Details

  Each meal kit includes elegant courses developed with a menu of farm-fresh meats, cheese, and harvest produce in a beautiful presentation not to be missed.

 

Meal kits are available for pickup Saturday Sept. 19th from 10 AM to 2 PM at Stryker Park during normal Farmers Market hours. Participants will be emailed details following completed ticket purchase including access to the Zoom meeting where we will feature Chef Eric leading us in the finishing touches to an unforgettable meal.

 

Video of the Zoom event will be made available via email for those who may need another day to join us for our Feast. Written instructions are included in each kit for step-by-step support if virtual delivery is not for you.

Full menu is as follows: 

Winter Squash Soup with Cinnamon Sugar Croutons and Holy Basil Olive Oil

First Course:

Spicy Sausage and Ricotta Flatbread with Nasturtium and Honey

Salad:

Kale and Lettuce Salad with Feta, Pickled Beets, Pepitas, and Loganberry Vinaigrette

Main:

Carbonnade a la Flamande with Herb Wortelstoemp

Dessert:

Goldenberry Pavlova

 

Beverages:

Floral Berry Lemonade

Cold Brew Coffee
